GRS will pay any penalties incurred due to fault on our part. This may include late renewals or in-store violations directly related to lapsed licenses.

If we cannot rectify any issues within the agency-allowed grace period, we will pay for the violation ourselves if we are at fault. That is our guarantee to you. Please note that any penalties or fees due to lack of cooperation on your company’s part fall outside of GRS’ responsibility.
