Registration is a critical step for any organization that manufactures, imports, distributes or sells stuffed articles of bedding, furniture and toys in the United States. Once you have created your account, you can follow these steps to get a quote in a matter of minutes. There is no obligation unless you decide to pay your quote.
- Click the Registration Quote button below “New Activity” and make your selections in the windows.
- Review your quote and make your payment selection. You can also save the quote in your account for later review and payment.
After payment has been received, the team at Global Registration Services will create the necessary applications and send them to you for signature. This will start the registration process.

In some cases, it may be possible to get a URN in as little as 3-5 business days.
Once your applications have been submitted and they are pending in the respective state departments, you can legally ship and sell stuffed articles in the United States. You do not need to wait for approval.
