Through the Retail Compliance program, Ballard Designs and their vendors work together with Global Registration Services to ensure license compliance. Together we will reduce or eliminate violations for both the vendor and Ballard Designs.

As a Ballard Designs vendor, you will be required to:

Identify your company as a Ballard Designs vendor under Retail Compliance

Subscribe to any and all pertinent URNs listed on your Ballard Designs products to one of GRS’ Monitored Services. GlobalTrak is the minimum requirement, but we also offer License Management and Guaranteed Compliance for more hassle-free services.

Upload state licenses to the system for verification and certification for each pertinent URN. If you already have pertinent URNs listed in a GRS Monitored Service, you simply need to link them to Ballard Designs after signing up for Retail Compliance.
