To allow our team ample time to arrange payments, GRS will now add late fees to invoices 1-2 weeks earlier than we did in 2023.
To ensure GRS customers enrolled in License Management have the same amount of time to pay, the Monitored Services team will now generate state renewal invoices two weeks earlier than in 2023.
Oklahoma’s renewal deadline is July 31.
To avoid late fees, please make your payment to GRS before July 17.
Utah’s renewal deadline is December 31.
To avoid late fees, please make your payment to GRS before December 10.
West Virginia’s renewal deadline is July 15.
To avoid late fees, please make your payment to GRS before July 1.
If GRS does not receive payment before July 1, you may be charged a late fee of $25.
The City of Detroit’s renewal deadline is December 31.
To avoid late fees, please make your payment to GRS before December 3.
If GRS does not receive payment before December 3, you may be charged a late fee of $50.
California’s renewal deadline is 2 years after your license was originally issued or renewed last.
To avoid late fees, please make your payment to GRS at least 2 weeks before your license’s renewal date. If you pay by wire transfer or check, please let us know to expect payment by emailing us at LM@globalrsinc.com
If GRS does not receive payment before that date, you may be charged an initial late fee of $100. If 90 days from that date pass without payment, California will charge you an additional $225.
