Retailer Dashboard Overview
The Retailer Dashboard gives you a quick glance at the compliance status of your URNs and Quilted Clothing License tables and the GRS subscriptions your vendors are currently enrolled in.
You can click on each section on your Retailer Dashboard to view more details about URN Status, Enrollment Status, Subscription Counts, and Law Labels.
URN Status
The URN Status table shows the status of each URN and Quilted Clothing License table uploaded by your vendors. You can also see these statuses as an easy-to-read pie chart.
You will see one of four statuses: Certified, Unknown, Missing Data, or Non-Compliant.
Certified – All licenses associated with the URN or Quilted Clothing License table have been uploaded and accepted by GRS. No action is needed unless products or labels are missing for this vendor.
Non-Compliant – Licenses have been loaded to the URN or Quilted Clothing License table and reviewed with one or more issues. The license(s) causing non-compliance could be expired, or a GRS team member may have rejected the license due to a number of reasons.
The vendor should be reminded that they have a responsibility to upkeep licensing and respond to GRS’ feedback in the event their license is rejected. Until all required licenses are uploaded and accepted by GRS, they will not be Certified.Required licenses are determined by product type(s).
Unknown – None of the required licenses associated with the URN or Quilted Clothing License table have been loaded into the GRS system.
The vendor should be reminded that they have not completed the necessary process. Specifically, until all required licenses are uploaded and accepted by GRS, they will not be Certified.
Missing Data – One or more of the associated URN license files have not been loaded into the GRS system for review. This status could also mean that the vendor recently uploaded their licenses and they are in queue for review.
The vendor should be reminded that they have not completed the necessary process. Specifically, until all required licenses are uploaded and accepted by GRS, they will not be Certified.
These figures represent the number of vendors enrolled in GRS’ Retail Compliance program. You will see one of three statuses: Active, Expired, or Pending.

Subscription Counts
Here you will see exactly how many of your URNs are subscribed to each of GRS’ Monitored Services, a program that makes it simple to stay compliant.
While GlobalTrak is the minimum requirement to participate in the Retail Compliance program, many of our retail partners urge their vendors to upgrade to a GRS-managed Monitored Service.
Guaranteed Compliance and License Management give retailers peace of mind that licenses are being proactively managed by GRS, rather than self-managed by individual vendors
GlobalTrak — Self-managed. Store and access licenses 24/7 with automated reminders for self-service renewals.
License Management — GRS-managed. Our team takes renewals and ongoing compliance off your vendor’s plate. Vendors pay as they go when renewals are due.
Guaranteed Compliance — GRS-managed. Our team takes renewals and ongoing compliance off your vendor’s plate. Vendors pay up front in one easy payment so they don’t have to worry about renewals, late fees, or fines.
This is the number of law labels or textile label (for quilted clothing) files that have been uploaded and linked to you.
If a product is enrolled in Law Label Lookup™, you can click to see the exact law labels or textile label files that are accessible through our public law label search database. You can view and edit product IDs, if needed.
Please note that vendors cannot add law labels or textile label to the GRS system unless all of their URNs and/or Quilted Clothing Licenses are enrolled in a Monitored Service
You don’t need to view your Retailer Dashboard every day to stay informed. GRS sends out weekly reminders and monthly reports to help you and your vendors stay fully compliant.
Simplify your vendor compliance process by incorporating a test line requirement into your existing protocol. During testing, your lab partners will verify vendor and product status through the GRS system. The expert-generated status in our system determines vendor pass or failure, ensuring rigorous compliance standards.
