Welcome Gap Inc. Vendors

Through the Retail Compliance program, Gap Inc. and their vendors work together with Global Registration Services to ensure license compliance. Together we will reduce or eliminate violations for both the vendors and Gap Inc.

As a Gap vendor, you will be required to:

Identify your company as a Gap Inc. vendor under Retail Compliance

Subscribe to any and all pertinent URNs listed on your Gap Inc. products to one of GRS’ Monitored Services. GlobalTrak is the minimum requirement, but we also offer License Management and Guaranteed Compliance for more hassle-free services.

Upload state licenses to the system for verification and certification for each pertinent URN. If you already have pertinent URNs listed in a GRS Monitored Service, you simply need to link them to Gap Inc. after signing up for Retail Compliance.

Using Law Label Lookup, you will need to add one or more products and their associated law labels to our public-facing online database.
